How the Raffle Works

When purchasing, you’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your name & phone number

  • Select which raffle basket(s) you’d like your tickets to go toward (Choose from all 12 prize options)

Each ticket gives you a chance to win the basket(s) you’re most excited about!

Important Dates

Online Ticket sales close: Wednesday, February 4th

Winners announced: Friday, February 6th, during Parent’s Night Out

Winners don’t have to be present to win and will be contacted directly.

Ticket Pricing:

  • 1 ticket for $25

  • 3 tickets for $50

  • 8 tickets for $100

  • 20 tickets for $200 (best value!)

Do I need to attend Parent’s Night Out to win?
No! Winners do not need to be present. All winners will be contacted by phone.

Who can purchase raffle tickets?
Anyone! You do not need to attend the event to participate.

How do I choose which basket my tickets go toward?
During checkout, you’ll enter your name, phone number, and select the raffle basket(s) you want your tickets applied to.

Can I put tickets toward more than one basket?
Yes! You may split your tickets across multiple baskets or put them all toward one favorite.

When do ticket sales close?
Raffle ticket sales close next Wednesday ahead of Friday’s Parent’s Night Out at Penrose.

When and how are winners announced?
Winners will be drawn on Friday and contacted directly after the event to arrange prize pickup.

What do raffle proceeds support?
All proceeds benefit WES PTO, supporting school programs, events, and enrichment opportunities for our students.
