Patriot Post - October Edition is here …
Welcome to WES in the Fall!
Please take a moment to explore volunteer opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year. We are still seeking a Vice President, as well as a Block Party Chair and several shadow positions. No experience is necessary! The WES Parent Teacher Organization is made up of parents, caregivers, teachers, and staff dedicated to supporting students and building a strong school community. There is no PTO without Y-O-U!
Don’t miss the opportunity to eat delicious food while supporting WES students. Dine out on October 14th at Buffalo Wild Wings and be sure to mention WES when placing your order so a portion of the proceeds can go back to support our school!
October is a busy month with Walk to School , Book Fair, Teacher Appreciation Dinner, Trunk or Treat, and Halloween Parties. All of these events needs volunteers to help keep them running smoothly. Please take the time to check out the event pages and have fun giving your time!
Looking ahead to next month, Grandparents’ and Special Seniors Day will come right on the heels of October. The special seniors in your children’s lives always find this day so special. Check out the available Grandparents’ Day Spirit Wear, to commemorate this special day and make memories to last a lifetime.
As always, the PTO is grateful for your continued support. Together, we can make this school year meaningful and enjoyable for all of our students!
Celebrate your day at WES by showing your Williamsburg Patriot pride! Choose your style of shirt - short sleeve tee, long sleeve, or crewneck sweatshirt - AND color! This is a brand new design, so if you are looking for a time to match your grandkid, rest assured they won’t have this one yet!
ORDER BY 10/20 TO HAVE YOUR SHIRT BEFORE GRANDPARENTS DAY!
All shirts will be delivered to the school by 10/31 so you’ll have time to wash and plan your outfit for Grandparents Day!
Please list your grandchild’s name and teacher when ordering.
Miss the 10/20 deadline but still want some merch? We’ll have a select amount of spiritwear at the event! (And any orders made after 10/20 will be delivered to your grandkid about 2 weeks later!)
